in 1982. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and received
a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering in 1966 and a Masters of
Science in Nuclear Engineering in 1967.
Mr. Trost was employed for the Babcock & Wilcox Company during the
period of 1967 through 1982. His specific experience at that company included
engineering design, nuclear fuel marketing for the Western United States,
contract project management, and quality assurance.

Mr. Trost returned to Washington & Lee University School of Law while
still employed and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 1977. He then established
